- Translating between languages. The model translates inbound patient messages between languages such as Swahili, Luganda, and English while preserving the original text inside the case record for reference.
- Reducing admin load. AI handles reminder messages, appointment confirmations, and basic data entry from forms. These tasks free reception time for direct patient interaction.
